Get an Estimate
The first step is to click on the blue button below labelled "Solar Solution Calculator", to view our Solar Solution Calculator.
Once you have been redirected to the Solar Solution Calculator, answer all the questions listed in the calculator and click on the button labelled "Continue". This should only take a minute or two.
The calculator will generate a solar solution estimate custom suited for your specific solar needs. Review the options presented and once comfortable select one to proceed with by clicking on the button labelled "I'm interested". Please complete these details to proceed.
Let us connect you to a premium installer
After you have submitted your interest in the solution, we will connect you to one of our premium installers in our installer network.
Rest assured these are certified Tesla and Enphase installers, which will review your details and home profile and ensure your solution meets the requirements you have.
A certified installer reviews your site
Our installer will review your details, as well as the solution proposed and check site feasibility to ensure you get an accurate final solution.
After you have submitted your interest in the solution, we will connect you to one of our premium installers in our installer network.
Details about your DB board and energy bills may be requested by the installer at this stage.
Site Assessment
Through our platform the installer will schedule a site visit with you, using our built-in calendar scheduling tool.
This ensures no lines are crossed and availability is shared between you as the client and the installer.
Site visits can be moved to timeslots that best suit both parties.
Kit ordered
Once the final site assessment is completed and the final proposal presented and agreed upon, the solution is ordered by the installer from Rubicon.
We'll handle the logistics through our world-class operations and ensure the equipment is delivered to the location the installer specifies.
Installation is Scheduled
Once all the equipment is delivered for your solution, it's time to schedule the installation with you.
Our scheduling tool will be used to ensure the date, and time is agreed upon with you to ensure a smooth installation process.
Rubicon will keep a close eye on the process and ensure any hiccups are resolved quickly.
Applications submitted
During the installation, our installers will have access to our digital SSEG service, where all the required documents can be generated for the Municipal registration of your system.
These documents will be provided to you post the installation where needed.
Site commissioning
The installer will commission the site, and perform site checks to ensure a well-installed system is delivered and meets the criteria that are set.
System testing will be performed and any settings that need to be set on the client's behalf will be done during this process
System Handover
The installer will perform a system handover to you, ensuring to explain the system settings and their impact on your solution performance.
Any software and dashboards that are available will be shown and basic training will be provided during the handover.
At this point the installation is complete and we will close out the solution on our platform.
